Fantastic, well formed, deep red rhodonite crystal 2cm long protruding from a matrix of galena. The termination is crude and partially obscured by matrix but well developed compared to much of this material. The crystal faces are sharp and exposed on three sides. The matrix contains further small rhodonite crystals and minor quartz. Excellent, aesthetic specimen from this classic locality.
